Hi all,

The latest fire safety audit we had for our building declared the balcony is not safe and require its decking (Timber) to be replaced by non-combustible material.  This is to stop the fire escaping to other balocnies! I am a leasholder and I am renting the flat out currently. Has any one had the same experience and did he/she gone ahead and replaced the decking and would not mind sharing how much the cost and how long it took to do the job? Thanks in advance.
