Hellos,

I own a property backing a railway track, suffice to say there are rats in the garden. So far they have not come into the flat but the tenant is complaining. My stance is Houses near train lines suffer from this issue and the Pest control have been out and layed the boxes down. The rats are smart and stay well clear of the Box traps.

My tenat wants me to clear the land between the train line and my property (Network rail Land).

My questions are can I do that or as far as the Law is concern have done what I can? Also any advice to add to the pest control guys work, that i can do myself is welcome.
