Hi, I was wondering what people's thoughts are on the upcoming general election and if they're being more cautious because of it? Labour are leading in the polls at the moment and I'm aware that they want to make additional changes to the renters reform bill which will ultimately make it even harder to get a tenant to vacate even if they stop paying rent and/or you want to sell. I've just had an offer accepted on a new rental property which otherwise looks like a great deal, but now wondering if it's actually a bad idea to take on an additional BTL property at this time. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks
