Hello you lovely people. The tenants blew up the shower and I sent my electrician to check things out! He advised them that is was their fault due to them changing the shower head which was not compatible and showed them evidence of this, which I recorded! He gave them a price and before he reattended they cancelled. 17 days later after not showering a new shower which they purchased was fitted by someone online!! I have asked for the installation certificate and have been sent an invoice for 1 hours labour - shower installation. The pull cord is not working and has no llight to it so I dont belive he is registered. What can I do?? Thank you.
