Hi, all. Hope you're having a good day.

We have a dispute with an already evicted T (DPS) for a. unpaid rent and b. dirty oven.

1. Unpaid rent.

T sent us an e-mail that she vacated the property a week earlier than bailiff enforcement date and believes she doesn't need to pay till eviction enforcement date. What does the law say about it?

2. Dirty oven.

We have move-in inventory - self-conducted, photo of dirty oven post-eviction and the cheapest quote for oven cleaning we could find (£71).

T says "The oven was barely used the cleaning fee of £71 is unrealistic." It's the same T who made us come from vacations early to repair broken oven because she "uses it all the time".

How would you go about oven dispute?

3. After bailiff appoinment we haven't received any confirmation of enforcement. Will notice of appointment with bailiff be enough?

Thanks in advance for your help.
