Hi all

I have joint tenants who are splitting up, although one of the tenants doesn't know about it yet! If one tenant gives notice to end the rolling tenancy agreement, what are my options with the remaining tenant? Should I draw up a new agreement with him as sole tenant? I don't think he will be able to pay the rent on his own, so I suspect I will want him out, but they have been very good tenants. Anyone have advice?

Thanks
