We rented to a tenant. Lisa, (AST) many years ago and let the tenancy run on (periodic). Also many years ago her partner moved in and they have been living there for years and are usualy very good with their rent. But the partrner (Jason) is not on the tenancy at all. Should he be added or do I need to put in place a new joint agreement? Is there a particular form or procedure to follow to do this? Or is it okay to leave it as it is? The rent is paid by Lisa. Many thanks.
