He is being evicted on the 4th of March, gas cert is due 6th of February. I've tried to have the service done but there is no credit so it can't be done. I'm sure he is not putting credit to stop the cert being done and to stop the eviction. I can't top up the credit because I don't have his account number. Any ideas as to what I can do??
