BTL landlord and property manager here. Based in Wandsworth SW London.

Looking to start 2024 by taking on a few more properties for full management for local landlords. I would consider myself a very kind and considerate landlord and always maintain a great relationship with my tenants. 90% of the time i can sort any issues out myself and on the other 10%, i have great reliable contacts that i can call upon. I guess that sets my apart is my rate is extrememly reasonable in comparison to what landlords are used to paying.
