Landlord Insurance Renewal price

I am a landlord . I have a few HMO properties which I have had for around 5 years. I need to renew my insurance for 1 of my properties. The renewal quote from The Total Landlord Insurance is £615 (annual), this seems very high, 3 years ago it was £374.


I have just used compare the market and have been quoted £231 from ARO underwritten by Allied World Insurance Company and £341 from Covea.
My question is:
Have you heard of these Insurance companies?
Does the price quoted from Total Landlord Insurance sound reasonable?
I thought premiums would go down if you are a loyal customer not continue to rise
