missed court date
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi, hoping someone can help

I have a non paying tenant and served section 8. Unfortunately i missed the court date on 23/1.

 

court was  The County Court at Liverpool, Liverpool Civil and Family Courts, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX

is there anything i can do or do i have to re - issue? thanks
