While searching for properties and talking to 'sourcers', the topic of Social housing contracts has come up a few times. Effectively a lease is created by the landlord and the company, and they use your property for their 'clients'.

I was wondering if anyone has good/bad expereince with these types of contracts?

For myself as an expat, it's quite attractive as they offer guartanteed rent for severl years, even 5 years. Everything is paid and the property maintenance taken care of. It means you're not dealing with tenants yourself or worrying about voids etc. But, like most things I guess there are downsides and I thought to ask on here.

Thanks!
