HI,

I need to prepare a declaration for my council stating that the appliances in the property are safe. I haven't conducted PAT testing, as this wasn't required by the law at the time, only EICR. Are there any examples/templates of how this declaration should look? Am I correct in thinking that I can do it myself, or do I need to hire a professional? Which appliances typically should be included in that declaration (oven, hobs, fridge, washing machine, doorbells, electric thermostats, boilers)?

Thanks in advance,
L
