Just wanteds to doule check - the tenants fence has come down in the storms.

 

The post are on the tenants side, and the other side goes onto a communal car park, which I think is now council owned as it has 4 visitor bays (will check this with the council if needed).

I assume it's the "usual" duty of care - whoever looks at the posts is responsible for the fence, even if the other side is council?
