Good Afternoon

I am just about to serve a Setion 21 Notice to my tenant but have been informed by my tenant that he has changed his name by deed poll. What would be an acceptable proposal that would also satisfy the Court as the full name of Tenant when applying for the possession order: i.e. Original name as "John Smith" now known as "Clarke Kent" or "Clarke Kent" previously known as "John Smith" or any other suggestions would be appreciated.
