I recently joined the NRLA as a landlord with a small portfolio of properties, with our sector changing goalposts all the time this association has a lot of usefull information. One of my Essex 3 bed properties is becoming available next month and i have been exploring maybe leasing to council for fixed 2 or 3 year PSL Lease . Just seeing if others have feedback from previous experiences here. I think there will be a big emphesis on "Fair Wear and Tear " when the checkout is done but the flooring is allready tired so it would be no issue if at the end i had to replace throughout.

Look forward to peoples thoughts
