My wife is inheriting some capital and considering investing in a buy to let. However, she has hearing impairment and would have difficulty comminucating with tenants.

She could do this with my support, but how far could I go in helping her before I became an Agent?

Rent, repairs etc woudl all be through her own bank account, but I would help substantailly with communication regarding setting up the tenancy, repairs etc and ending it.

Do anymembers have experience of the same role?

Thanks in advance for your advice, Jim
