Independent Legal Advice for Directors

Hiya all,

We had a local solicitor who offered ILA for Directors guarantee at a very reasonable rate circa £50 per director (which was amazining).

I am struggling to find someone local - found a few online either online or a short distance away.  They are averaging £150-£200 per directors.

Is this right?  Can anyone recommend anyone?
