I wonder if anyone can advise? My tenant has lost her key to the front door of the house (she's one of four tenants). I know I can charge her the cost of replacing the key, but can I bill her for a new lock? Also, am I obliged to change the lock, given there's a low security risk (she thinks she lost the key inside the house/threw it away during clear out). What would you do? Thanks very much.
