hi all, does anyone have any recomendatiions for soliciters to use with evictions? i asked the nrla about the process and they said it was so complicated now that i should use a soliciter. the tenant is persistently late with the rent regularly sends abusive messages, wont let the epc assesor in hasnt let plumbers in, has damaged the property, didnt have the heating on and damaged pipes, harassed neighbours etc.
