Hi All

 

Looking for help or recomendations please. I am trying to obtain guaranteed rent insurance but tenant has a current IVA. They cant provided a guarantor as the tenant is in late 50's and cant get a guarantor. Their credict check is above average and this is with the IVA. I am sure there must be insurance companies out there that will insure people with an IVA, CCJ etc without a guarantor.  Can anyone help or recommend a company please? Many thanks
