Welcome from Carl Bedward, Chair of Sandwell Council Landlord Steering Group 

Updates from Sandwell Council Officers including progress on procedures for dealing with Anti Social Behaviour and how and on what basis to obtain support from the Council, report from Housing Options Team including progress with 'Call before you serve' initiative, update on eliminating modern slavery within the Borough and an update from revenue and benefits department. 

Quick update from DWP Partnership Manager on Universal Credit claims procedures then questions from landlords on current issues experienced with rent payments. 

Finally, Don Robbie of the NRLA will present the usual Legislation and News Update for Private Landlords & Letting Agents.
