MORTGAGE UPDATE

The mortgage market is currently changing, so understanding what lenders are thinking, what rates are on offer, what it might mean if your fixed rate is coming to an end could be vital to success or failure of your property portfolio.

Our mortgage experts (Doug Hall & Karl Tidman from 3mc/NRLA Mortgages) will be on hand to explain what the market is currently doing, what the future might hold and answer any questions you might have, including how to enquire.

David Smith, legal counsel to the NRLA, will share key recent developments within the PRS and what is unfolding as the Government move forward with Rental Reform.
