LEGISLATIVE UPDATE

•         Worried about the abolition of S21?

•         Wondering what Renters’ Reform will mean for you?

•         Bills-included rent costing you a fortune?

•         Government not listening?

With 170 pieces of disjointed and often confusing legislation to get your head around and an increasingly punitive tax regime, if you aren’t keeping ahead of the game with reliable, expert advice from NRLA, the largest association of its kind, chances are that something will trip you up. Whether it’s deposit protection rules, carbon monoxide requirements or right to rent, the private rented sector is always changing rapidly and you need to know how it affects you.

Even if your property is managed by an agent, as the landlord, you still have ultimate accountability, so you need to know whether your agent is managing in your best interest, and how to manage your agent.

Add to this the recently published Renters Reform Bill which is making its way through the legislative process and there is a lot to get your head around!
