James Wood, Head of Policy at the NRLA, will be updating us on progress (if any) with the Renters Reform Bill.  Also explaining when and how to use S13 notices.  He will highlight for us the areas where most errors occur and explain the process for going to the First Tier Tribunal - how long it takes, what to expect if you ask for rent increases to be backdated and  other issues you might encounter.
