NRLA Webinar | Green Homes Grant - December 2020

After the popular Green Homes Grant webinar on 7th October 2020, the NRLA are following up with a webinar on the 9th December at 1pm to answer all your questions. Our expert panel will provide you with practical tips for getting the work done in your properties and take part in a Q&A to help with any problems you have been facing using the grants.

The expert panel consists of Gavin Dick, Policy Officer at the NRLA, Bill Sneyd, Co-founder and Strategy and Commercial Director of HomeSun, Timothy Douglas, Policy and Campaigns Manager Propertymark, and Derek Horrocks, Chairman of the National Insulation Association.

The scheme has recently been extended by government, and until the 31st March 2022 homeowners, including landlords, in England can apply for a voucher towards the cost of installing energy efficient and low-carbon heating improvements to their homes. With higher energy performance targets coming for the private rented sector, this is a unique opportunity to have energy efficiency works to your property partially funded by the government.
