An invitation to a special event - hosted in Manchester city centre

The NRLA is hosting a special event, in Manchester city centre on September 27^th specifically for holders of larger portfolios, and those who wish to grow their portfolios.

The event includes:

A presentation and Q&A with Marcus Selmon, one of England’s largest private landlords with a portfolio of over 500 properties. In this seminar Marcus reflects on his experiences in growing a large portfolio.

Research findings from the NRLA's research partner, Pegasus Insights, on how larger portfolio landlords manage tenancies and access market channels.

Other topics include:  

• Strategies to grow a portfolio.
• Use of technology and on-line tools to help manage property and tenants.
• Update on the Renters (Reform) Bill and insight into the wider policy pipeline.

This event will take place in Manchester on 27th September 2023, 12.15 - 3.15
