I have served a section 21, I have applied to small claims court for rent arrears, I have notified them as per tenancy agreement that house is going back up for rent/sale from 23 June (2 months before end of tenancy) but they are refusing viewings, stating Husbands consultant has advised against all non immediate family contact after he had allegedly covid 19 in March (isolation was up 6 April) I have instructed estate agent and they assure me that all Govt guidelines will be adhered to, I have told them they don't have to be home, the can sit in garden and have no contact. But still refusing.

I am still perusing rent to be paid directly to me from UC as they lied and told them I wasn't landlord and I have not way of proving I am despite umpteen calls to UC. They are now nearly £3k in arrears and haven't allowed access for inspections since December.

I have now instructed a solicitor, is there anything I can do to get viewings??

thanks Linda
