Debt Management Agency written into Tenancy Agreement ???

Hello,

Is it legal and appropriate to add into a Tenancy Agreement that a debt management agency will be contacted should a tenant fail to pay rent on time? and that this could affect your (Tenant) credit history/score.

I just wish to add this into my tenancy agreement to prevent and rental arrears and at the same time make the tenant aware of consequences.
