How to take tenant to court for unpaid rent, when they have done a runner.

Hello,
We have a tenant who has only paid 3 out her 6 months rent. She has disappeared and our agent has been unable to contact her to claim the missing rent. Her lease ended on 16th June and we would now like to take her to court to claim the missing rent or at least threaten her with this to encourage her to pay before we take legal action. Please can you advise the best course of action to do this?
