PAT mandatory ?

Hi

I have let an unfurnished flat recently. I have EICR report for Electrics condition done. I have provided white goods like Fridge and Washing Machine. Is PAT testing mandatory for these appliances (they are not portable). No other items like microoven, kettle, etc provided.
