My tenant is demanding an outside tap be installed at the landlords cost. The tenant suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and claims that they need access to water outside the house/in the garden according to medical advice. I would like to know where I stand in this case, as a landlord, and if I am duty bound to heed to the tenants request.

Thank you in advance for your advice in this respect.
