recently I had to use the agents to write the inventory for my apartment. It appeared to be reasonably thorough, and covered 23 pages of condition etc and photographs. My query is relating to the tenant signature, which only appears on the last page. To my mind this is open to manipulation - and in the event of dispute I feel less than confident the document would hold water in court. When I prepare my own inventories I go thro the document item by item, and the tenant signs "agreement" at the bottom of each page. queries or comments are initialled as recognition of fact there is a difference in (say) photo and description. I feel I should go back to the agent and request each page be signed. Am I correct? Or neurotic??
