Hi
Just in the process of finding a new tenant a little more cautious than normal with the new section 21 guidelines.Do you think this may backfire on local councils in reality it could take 8-12 months to get a non paying tenant out so i will be picking carefully.
Do you think the longer notice period is here to stay.
I normally find them myself, had 12 viewings for next week decided too many asked for free expierian check score just to narrow it down very politely.
I have had no replys out of 12 !
Do the majority of people use agents ?
