How can you tell if the electrician you employ is doing his job properly. We have employed a different electrician than we usually use to do the EIRC inspections and we have been surprised by what he has found. Two items in 4 reports have been dangerous. Its a good job that the government has required landlords to do this work. The electrician whose work has not come up to standard has worked on our home too! Both electricians are registered with trade organisations.
