Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I have a couple living in one of the rooms of my licensed HMO. Both names are on the contract. I am about to serve S21. I will put both names on Form 6A. Can I do one post addressed to both on the envelope? Their contract started Nov 2018 for 3 months only initially. I have had a new EPC done since then. Do I need to serve this updated EPC? I believe government has updated how torent since Nov 2018, do i need to attach the Form 6A the subsequent versions too? I have provided gas safe on the start of the tenancy. Do I have to attach the renewed gas safe in the notice too?
