Father & daughter have an AST for 12 months but daughter has now advised that she is moving out asap. The father wants to remain what's the best way to handle this? Should I agree to end the current AST for both and create a new AST for him and how much can I charge them for ending the tenancy early and setting up a new tenancy? Or is there a legal method for her to assign her part of the AST to him?
