Good evening all - I wanted to understand and solicit feedback from other landlords and hear about their experiences about letting out flats in London during these challenging times.
  1. of our flats have just come back on the market and the rents are down 30% just to get viewings. I was wondering if others have been experiencing similar situations and if yes, how they are thinking about the market in general? Is it temporary or should we brace ourselves for some significant market corrections? What leads you to believe one way or the other?

In particular, I would also be interested in understanding how others have managed remortgages during these difficult times. Have you had pushback from banks and if so, how?

Thanks!

Ken
