Section 21 process
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Does anyone know whether the process for section 21 is delayed along with the delay (in our local Court it is 39 days) for a hearing? How long, roughly, will it take at the moment, and once we get (hopefully) and order, how soon can we upgrade3 to the High Court and get their bailiffs in to evict?
