Well the courts re-opened on the 20th September supposedly. I had decided to take a County Court Possession Order granted last year to the High Court. To do so you need to get the go ahead from the County Court. One month later and still waiting for this. Purely a paperwork exercise - Judge says 'yes' or 'no' to the request. No meetings required.
I am wondering if there is hidden agenda inasmuch as anything that may lead to an eviction effectively being 'shelved'. Please, anyone had a successful eviciton processed in the last 5 weeks ?

thanks
