Hi, I am a newbee here and a new landlord. been reading lots of docs on the site recently, I have purchased my first 3 bed property via a newly setup Ltd company which I want to let out to 3 different tenants as bed sits with use of shared areas like lounge, kitchen, bathroom etc. I want to let out as rent inc all bills and had a question that whose name should be on bills? mine or my Ltd company? When ordering broadband etc, there is no option to order business broadband on residential address. Also Gas, Electric, water have different business rates whereas this is a residential house. Please advice?
