I will be able to apply to the courts on 23rd November for an eviction notice for a tenant who has not paid rent for 5 months. As this is a new process for me for which I have no experience I am looking for legal support to file the eviction notice with the court and for support by attending court for the hearing. Landlord Action seem to offer this service at a very good price. Does anyone have any experience of working with them or recommendations or another organisation?
