I am employing an agent to undertake the checking-out process of my tenant. The tenant owes a substantial amount in unpaid arrears and I suspect there will be damage to the property. The agent has advised I should ensure the tenant signs to surrender the deposit. Is there a form for this? Can you offer any advice please? Thank you
