HI I was thinking about selling my flat in the summer of 2021 but I have just been sent a letter from the management team stating the materials used requires a fire engineer to conduct a risk assesment and issue a EWS1 form
Its a block of 55 flats know one else seems worried about the issue, the block is 6 years old
Does this i cannot sell my property until this has been isued
