I currently have my flat on the market and it is empty. I have the possibility of doing a short 3 month tenancy with someone moving up north from down south but thought the minimum tenancy agreement was now 6 months but can’t find anything on line (possibly as looking on my phone). Whilst it would help with finances at the moment, is it legal or worth the hassle as just don’t it all up ready to sell and I won’t be taking it off the market. Therefore they would need to allow viewings etc.
