My tenant wishes to install a sauna in the garage of my property. It's one that produces heat from electricity. I'm checking to see that it is suitable for a domestic power source. If so, are there any implications for me as a landlord, or is it just the same as him buying a tv or other electrical device? I did wonder if I should get another electrical safety test once it's installed and bill him for this? Very grateful for any advice. Thanks.
