Re your article in the latest December bulletin: I understand that LHA was increased 1st April 2020 due to Covid. Is the rate of LHA going DOWN 1st April 2021 and then going to be frozen?? Your article does not make this clear. My tenant has part of her rent paid by Housing Benefit and is in over 3 months pre Covid arrears!!
