Hi. We have a tenant, who is in arrears, but now appears to be in custody, as we had received a message from an unknown person (to us) saying as much last week, and a plumber who was assigned to do works on the property today has been told by a neighbour that he is in Jail. With the current restrictions on tenancies, what are our rights to manage the property in his absence? The unknown person says she is his partner and wants to remove his belongings and hand the flat back. Advice please!
