hi there a tenant as left my property in a really poor state and he is claiming is depost back the problem is the agent is asking me for tennacy agrement and inventory these were destroyed in a flood at my last property over 8 years ago the deposit is with TPS THE ORIGINAL letting agent as ceased trading and been past to a new one who seems to have took over the deposits
