We have a single let with a tenant on UC (which we receive directly) who has failed to pay the top up for over a year. They have a guarantor and we have tried to come to arrangements buy each time the tenant has reneged on the deal. We are now serving an eviction order as the guarantor is going through an IVA. We originally had insurance but the insurer would not renew the policy in June die to covid, are we able to claim anything from that provider for the period before June, given that the issue started in November 2019?
